Vote for This Year’s Best & Worst Summer Songs

Have you got mad love for the latest songs out this summer, or does it feel more like bad blood? We’re on the prowl for this summer’s biggest hit, that song that seems to effortlessly capture warm breezes, salty lips, frosty beverages, and the freedom to stay up late and sleep in. And we need your help. (Vote for your favorite song in our poll below!)

There have been some early chart busters like Walk the Moon‘s unstoppable hit from last fall, “Shut Up and Dance”; Maroon 5‘s “Sugar”; and Taylor Swift‘s throat-punching anthem, “Bad Blood.”

Speaking of bad blood, have you noticed all the “girl fighting” in pop land lately? Madge put on a grill and kicked it with Nicki Minaj for “Bitch, I’m Madonna“; Britney and Iggy Azalea are allegedly feuding over the bubble-gum “Pretty Girls”; and Rihanna‘s snarling her way through “Bitch Betta Have My Money.”

But we want to know: Who’s worthy of stealing the “Blurred Lines” or “Call Me Maybe” crowns of previous summers? As of July, Fifth Harmony‘s “Worth It” is currently crushing YouTube with 83 million views. Justin Bieber is batting his baby browns with Skrillex and Diplo in “Where Are U Now” and Fetty Wap is burning up the EDM scene with “Trap Queen” and “My Way” featuring Drake.

On the country side, Sam Hunt‘s “House Party” is still a tailgate fave and Brad Paisley’s “Crushing It” is a weekend must-play.

But The Weeknd is coming up strong with the super-catchy “Can’t Feel My Face.”

We’ve compiled our MyMusicCloud playlist of the Best Summer Songs Here. Now’s your chance to vote for the Best and Worst Summer Songs in our polls below.
