Picture These: Misunderstood Album Covers

We’ve all mis-sung popular lyrics before (“moves like dragons, anyone?”), and this music blog has even dedicated several posts to the hilarious results (See our “Funny Misheard Lyrics” articles). But what about misheard album titles? What would those look like?
The funny folks at photo lending agency Shutterstock imagined just that.
Using stock images from their photo library, they designed spoofs of classic album covers with easily misunderstood names. Care to see what Bruce Springsteen’s “Barn in the USA” might look like? (Actually, “Born in the USA.”) Or Dr. Dre’s “The Colonic”? (A misinterpretation of his 1992 landmark album, “The Chronic.”)
Check the photos out below and see more on Shutterstock’s blog “Misheard Album Titles: Hilariously Redesigned Cover Art.” And never mangle a song again with our “Lyrics” button feature, available on MyMusicCloud apps for all your listening devices.
