We’ve mentioned how we’re launching a music revolution. In the process, we’ve been talking a lot about how MyMusicCloud works: how you can upload your music to all devices—regardless of make or model or version.

But at the heart of it, we haven’t forgotten that music is fun—and our nifty, device-agnostic music delivery cloud service is nothing if not fun. Here are some features we thought you’d like.

SING. First, lyrics. Are you looking to belt out the latest Rihanna song? Or are you simply trying to figure out the word that Justin’s using to rhyme with throat? MyMusicCloud makes both of these things super easy: with the click of a button, we fetch the lyrics for you. No need to wonder, no need to search for anything in a separate browser window, no need to choose one lyrics service over the other and wonder whether it’s accurate (ours is). In a flash, it’s instant karaoke—and we hope it tickles you as much as it does us.

VIEW. Next, indulge your eyes. When you change your theme to “intelligent” mode (just click on ‘Account’ and look under ’Themes’), MyMusicCloud background will change according to the music you are listening to. Give it a try.

ANSWER. We love this one. MyMusicCloud gives you the ability to convert a passage from any song into…you guessed it. A funny, catchy, poetic, or rockin’ ringtone for your phone. Set your alarm with Christina Aguilera. Give yourself a souvenir from Coldplay. Snip a piece of Adele, and use it to lift your day—or identify a friend.

SHARE. Music is social. That’s why we integrated MyMusicCloud with Facebook, so you will be able to let your Facebook friends know what songs you’re listening to.

We hope that above all, you enjoy your music—courtesy of MyMusicCloud. In the next post, we’ll go over some of the functional nuances of our service.

Las Vegas, NV—As CES raged on in Las Vegas last week, the big trend among tech companies was evident. Everyone’s jumping on the cloud-wagon.

First there was Acer, whose AcerCloud allows you to sync photos, music, videos and documents between your Acer PC ,Acer tablet and Adnroid phone (future support is planned for Windows Phone). Then there was Lenovo, whose Personal Cloud syncs photos, music and videos across Lenovo PCs and tablets, its Android-based S2 phone and K91 Smart TV (both still commercially unavailable). From the rate everyone’s putting on their cloud suits, you’d think Earth was on fire!

Yet the common limitation among all of these new cloud services is clear. None of them syncs or uploads across all devices.

As with Google, Amazon, and Apple, AcerCloud and Lenovo’s Personal Cloud sync to select devices. In the case of AcerCloud, you can only upload your music to an Acer PC, tablet, or Android smartphone: not Blackberry or, indeed, any of Apple’s products. Similarly, For Lenovo, you’re limited to the Company’s specific products.

Another key consideration is global availability. Google, Amazon and Apple are slowly rolling out their cloud services outside of the US. AcerCloud is expected to be bundled on all Acer PCs starting Q2 2012 and to be available in America, Europe Asia and China. Lenovo did not announce US availability for the Personal Cloud, the S2 or the K91.

MyMusicCloud offers music storage, syncing and delivery solution that works anywhere, with any and all devices. You can keep your BlackBerry, Nokia, iPhone, Android, Sony Ericsson, basically- all phones; iMac, MacBook, net book, PC, PC knockoffs. Tablets. Your music collection is always available and in complete sync on all of your devices. The possibilities abound.

Suddenly, all of these devices share a commonality that makes the building of Babylon tower of Babel seem possible. Different devices may not speak the same language, but they can now communicate…at least when it comes to your music.

This is the cloud to be on. We offer choice, and hereby invite you join us.

A few weeks ago, we wrote about our movement: the freedom to sync your music library to any device—across all platforms. When we say any device, we mean it: this includes your PC, Mac, and any mobile phone or tablet computer—regardless of make or operating system.

Offline Operation
But that isn’t all. We designed MyMusicCloud with a few other advantages in mind—all of them unique in the field.

The first: once your library is stored on your device(s), that’s where your tracks reside. Your library goes from online to offline—at which point you can listen to it anywhere, any time, in any place: on the subway, in elevators, or submerged in a research submarine in Antarctica. You don’t have to be connected via internet, 3G, 4G, or supersonic antennae. It simply works, and it keeps you on the move.

Continuous Play
You can also pause the music, switch devices, and not have to start over. Say you start on your iPad. Then you want to switch to your PC. Assuming you’re back online, MyMusicCloud takes note of where you are in your queue, and transfers this information to your computer. No need to go back to Rolling in the Deep, and get your heart cracked in two pieces by Adele all over again.

Global Capability
Our music philosophy wouldn’t be complete if MyMusicCloud didn’t work all over the world, too. You’d have freedom of device and freedom of locality—but not freedom of country.

That’s why—you guessed it—MyMusicCloud takes you all over the world. It’s music locker is available globally, with a store in 3 countries today, and our store is set to expand hugely in the coming weeks (more on that soon).

Facebook
Lastly, MyMusicCloud integrates with Facebook. Rather than go to Facebook, sign in, and let your friends know what you’re listening to, you can simply click ‘share’ and keep on rocking.

We hope you join our little movement before the cloud gets too crowded. See you there!
